Цина́нтус[4] (Cynanthus) — рід серпокрильцеподібних птахів родини колібрієвих (Trochilidae). Представники цього роду мешкають в США, Мексиці і Центральній Америці[5].

Етимологія
ред.Наукова назва роду Cynanthus походить від сполучення слів дав.-гр. κυανος — синій і ανθος — квітка.[12]
